The perennial question - what to do with those old clothes, especially the ones even Goodwill would prefer not to take? Ever thought about quilting? Ann Lipshutz and Linda Rosenstein are local quilters who belong to a Philadelphia group that makes annual donations of quilts to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, for kids who’ve been diagnosed with cancer. This is only one of Ann and Linda’s quilting activities; friends and relatives are also recipients of their skills, and the two quilters presented a program illustrating the range of their activities. Members found out if quilting is right for them, or had just come to admire some beautiful handiwork!
