Penn’s Village supports awareness of and access to Philadelphia-area businesses owned by people of color. Below you will find existing links to independent sites with information on such businesses in several categories including food, health, clothing, jewelry, art, services, office supplies and so on.
In addition, Penn's Village maintains a list of preferred providers - businesses that members have used and recommend to other members. If you know of businesses owned by people of color that should be added to the list, please contact us at tech@pennsvillage.org with name of the business, type of service provided, and contact information; also indicate that it is a business owned by a person of color. Neighbor and Villager members who wish to access a business that provides a particular type of service and is owned by people of color can contact info@pennsvillage.org or call 215-925-7333 with their request to obtain the relevant provider list.
