Are you a curious culinary explorer who loves delicious, unusual recipes and is interested in small group culinary/cultural tours and special events? If so, this event is sure to please. Aliza Green is a Penn’s Village member and a Philadelphia-based pioneering chef and author of 15 cookbooks. Get to know what’s going on in Aliza’s kitchen! Enjoy a cooking demonstration of Mediterranean specialties, sample some of the recipes she’s learned in her travels, and learn more about her upcoming trips. Bring your questions and your taste buds! Seating capacity is limited to 40 people.

 

Aliza Green is a chef and cookbook author who helped make Philadelphia a premier dining destination. She leads international tours to destinations like Morocco, Israel, Italy, Spain and France, featuring hands-on cooking classes and expert local specialty guides.

 

This is an in-person program at the Independence Live Kitchen at 1919 Market St.  The entrance is off of the courtyard and the building is fully handicapped accessible.

Non-members can attend up to three programs at no charge; after that they will be asked to join Penn’s Village or pay $10 per additional program.
