It’s That Time Again…
Open Enrollment - What's New?

A Panel Discussion with Local Experts

Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at 2:00 pm

via Zoom

Before you get completely inundated by endless commercials, phone calls and Internet messages, find out from our panel of experts what you really need to know about Open Enrollment this year.  What’s new and what’s changed?  How do you avoid misinformation and scams?  What should you ask if you’re looking for a new provider?  Panelists will talk about each of these topics and then be available for a question and answer session.

Desiree Crageris a local, licensed independent insurance agent, certified with Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug and Medicare Advantage insurance plan carriers. She represents most major companies with a Medicare contract and has significant experience helping people find the best plans for them.

David Johnson
is Program Manager at CARIE (Center for Advocacy for the Rights and Interests of Elders), where he oversees CARIE LINE, which offers counseling, information, advocacy and education to help elders and caregivers identify and access resources on issues or challenges an elder may be facing.

Dr. Neil Patel
, Chief Health Officer of Patina Health, started Iora Health, an innovator in primary care, prior to joining Patina. Before that, he started the Atlantic City Special Care Center, specializing in the most complex and costly patients from the Local 54 hotel workers union with the AtlantiCare health system. The Special Care Center provided early proof that developing continuous healing relationships could improve patient care and decrease healthcare costs.
