Join other Penn’s Village members to celebrate the end of sticky season with an end-of-summer Happy Hour! Spice 28 specializes in Szechuan and Asian fusion cuisines with a full bar that offers signature cocktails and a wide selection of wines and beers. Relax and enjoy - this is a pay-as-you-go event.

This is an in-person event at Spice 28, 1228 Chestnut St., which is handicapped-accessible.

This program is free to members and volunteer partners, but guests are responsible for paying for their own food and drinks. Non-members may attend up to three Penn’s Village events at no charge before being asked to join or pay $10 per additional event.
