Are you interested in starting (or continuing) a regular mediation practice? Penn's Village is offering an opportunity for free meditation sessions twice a week during May and June via Zoom.
Led by volunteer Calista J. Dorsey, the sessions will be held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month, from 7:00-7:45PM. You may attend as many or as few as you wish.
Ms. Dorsey is a spiritual life coach, inspirational speaker, meditation leader, and mental health agency administrator who has dedicated her career to supporting people through their spiritual and mental journeys. For fifty-five years, she served the needs of staff and constituents with indispensable knowledge, wisdom, and discernment. She has the privilege of leading meditation in a safe and peaceful environment for all.
