Legal Issues for Older Adults

The legal issues that older adults face are often more critical than those faced by any other segment of our population.

This program will focus on several of the special legal circumstances of older adults, from “gray divorce” (divorce later in life) and the rights of grandparents in custody cases, to Protection from Abuse (PFA) orders, including who is eligible and how they work.

MK Feeney, Esq., is a former Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney. She prosecuted many high-profile homicide cases, and now is in private practice where she does family law (divorce, custody, support, adoption, and Protection from Abuse cases) and Orphans’ Court litigation (guardianship and trust matters).https://www.mkfeeneylaw.com
