All About Recycling in Philadelphia!
About this event
Most of us try to recycle as much as possible, but are we doing it correctly?
Recycling the wrong way is even worse than not recycling at all!
What do those labels mean? How clean do items have to be? What actually happens to our recyclable material?
Get insight on these and other recycling mysteries from staff of the City of Philadelphia and make sure you are doing what you can to protect our environment.
Neil Garry, MUP, is Recycling Planner, City of Philadelphia. He obtained his master’s in urban planning from CUNY and has been working for the City for two years.
