With the holidays approaching, this may be a good time to think about eating more healthfully. A vegan diet might sound scary, but it doesn’t have to be! Penn’s Village volunteers Olivia Walling and Margherita Abe, both vegans for decades, introduce the concepts of the vegan diet and talk about their experiences with vegan foods. This is a great opportunity to learn about veganism in a relaxed format.
