This was a follow-up to the seafood program held last August.

This presentation was a more in-depth discussion about what makes certain fish more desirable and available in Philly. Robert Amar included an explanation on how to cook these fish and other locally sourced foods such as the cheese and meats that Robert is able to obtain.

Robert Amar has been the owner and operator of Small World Seafood for five years. His company provides seafood to both local restaurants and the general public, with subscribers to his business advised of available fresh seafood for pickup at locations in Center City and Fairmount.
