| Ukemi Project: Mastering the Art of Falling and Recovery

Location: Zhang Sah Dojo, Queen Village, 530 Bainbridge Street
Penn’s Village members are invited to participate in the second session of this series around health and wellness. Learn safe falling techniques and ways to get off the floor—alone and with a partner.
Program Details:
- Dates: Two more monthly Saturday afternoons: December 13th, and January 10th
- Cost: $10 per class (cash or check, collected on site)
- Accessibility: Participants will need to climb one set of stairs (with handrails on both sides). Shoes are not permitted inside the dojo; socks or bare feet are required.
