I’m reaching out with a special invitation just for you, in case you missed it.

We’ve heard from many members that what really builds connection is simply having the chance to meet others face-to-face.

That’s why we’re hosting the Penn’s Village Late Autumn Tea — a relaxed and welcoming gathering where new and longtime members can come together for coffee, tea, and conversation.

When: Wednesday, December 3rd at 2:00 PM
Where: MacColl Room, First Presbyterian Church (201 S 21st St, Philadelphia 19103)

This event is a collaboration between our Inclusiveness & Diversity Committee and our Membership & Welcoming Committee, and I wanted to be sure you received a personal invitation from me.

You Are Invited to a Late Autumn Tea!

Introducing our 2nd Seasonal Tea which we hope will facilitate small inclusive gatherings of new Penn's Village members to connect both with one another and with more seasoned members to socialize, have fun and identify opportunities for involvement. We have limited the attendance size of this event in order to make the environment conducive to facilitating interaction among members.

Come celebrate with delicious tea, coffee, and light snacks. Penn’s Village will provide the beverages and serving/paper goods and attendees are encouraged to bring something sweet or savory to share.

This program is hosted by the Inclusiveness and Diversity and Membership and Welcoming Committees.

LOCATION

This program will be held in the MacColl Room of the First Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia, 201 South 21st Street, on the southeast corner of Walnut. The entrance is on the side of the building off of 21st Street. There is an accessible entrance behind the building off of Chancellor St.
