Introduction to Monochrome Art | Mondays, 10:00 a.m. CT

Make art with us, one color at a time! In this four-week, mixed-media series, you can use whatever materials you have on hand (acrylic or watercolor paint, colored pencils, soft pastels, etc.) to explore creating art in a single hue.

Move Smart, Feel Strong| Wednesdays, 2:30 p.m. CT

Learn the “why” behind every move! Each week we’ll focus on a different body part, exploring simple, effective exercises to build strength, mobility, and confidence.

Gather in the Gallery| Thursdays, 1:00 p.m. CT

Create, reflect, and connect, in this new twist on an old favorite! Each week, we’ll explore a few different works of art, with reflective art-making or writing inspired by the art.
