Join Nora Dowd Eisenhower, State Advocacy Volunteer Lead with AARP Pennsylvania, for a conversation on how older adults can shape the future of Philadelphia through local advocacy. This session will explore AARP’s work to promote livable communities—focusing on housing, transportation, and neighborhood design—and highlight how volunteers are helping make Philly a better place to grow older. Nora will share recent wins, current city-level efforts, and opportunities for Penn’s Village members to get involved. This is a great chance to learn how your voice and time can make a difference—no political experience required.
