How prosecutors operate is a mystery to most people. The purpose of this talk is to peel back the veil and help people understand how a prosecutor’s mind works: how he sizes up a possible case; whether he should even prosecute; how he chooses the person(s) he prosecutes; what charge(s) he should present to the grand jury; and other tactical concerns. Questions are always welcome.

In order to adequately review the content of this program it will be divided into 2 parts.  Part Two - September 24th

Bio of presenter

Howard Weiner is a retired career prosecutor (Assistant U.S. Attorney) with the Department of Justice.
