Cloudline Physical Therapy will provide an overview of the main impacts on the body and nervous system associated with aging.

 

Topics include: strength changes, balance, common postural challenges and associated corrections. In addition to this brief talk,

 

Cloudline PTs will complete individualized balance & postural screenings to inform your own unique plan to optimize your mobility and safety with living your most active life!
