Dear Members,
We are still experiencing many registration errors for our events, where Members fail to log in prior to registering for an event (53 just in the last month).
As you know, all members receive unlimited access to PV programs/events, whereas non-members can attend up to three programs before being asked to pay $10 for each program. When you don’t log in to register, our system records you as a non-member and therefore your unlimited access for the year may be in jeopardy.
Additionally, we keep annual statistics on the involvement of our members in all of our activities as a way to determine our budget and grow the organization. Our active committees refer to this data when they plan their goals and develop their initiatives. There are real costs to Penn's Village in terms of staff hours to correct these errors and keep our database clean.
So, please take a moment (that’s all it takes) to log in before you search for an event. We would really appreciate it!
