Description: A discussion of what living in France for 3-6 months/year is like from the point of view of someone who has done it for 12 years and is bilingual in French, as well as Spanish. Will include a mix of discussions – residency/ citizenship, taxes, healthcare, probate, cultural issues for 45 min and then open to questions and discussion amongst attendees. Not giving legal advice - just a personal perspective which should spark a lively discussion. 

Bio of presenter: Marta Varela has been a Philadelphian for eleven years. Previously, she worked in finance, law and government in NYC. She will come with her service dog.
