Bryan Adler is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) through the National Elder Law Foundation—the only certification in Elder Law accredited by the American Bar Association and authorized by the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Supreme Courts. At Rothkoff Law Group, he focuses his New Jersey and Pennsylvania practice on elder law, life care planning, asset protection, veterans’ benefits, estate planning, guardianships, and long-term care advocacy.
Bryan earned his bachelor’s degree in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University and his Juris Doctor from Drexel University. He is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is also a Veterans Administration–accredited attorney. Since 2017, Bryan has been recognized annually by Super Lawyers® as a “Rising Star” in Elder Law, a distinction awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys.
He serves on the Strategic Planning Committee for the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and on the Annual Conference Planning Committee for the National Elder Law Foundation. Bryan also sits on the Penn’s Village Advisory Council, supporting an Elder Village serving older adults in Philadelphia.
As part of Rothkoff Law Group, Bryan frequently presents to community groups and elder-care professionals on life care planning, care coordination, Medicaid, veterans’ benefits, and estate and asset protection planning. He is especially passionate about expanding awareness of AgeTech. Bryan is also active in hunger-relief efforts across the Philadelphia area and participates in “Tough Mudder” endurance events to raise funds for the Wounded Warrior Project.
He lives in Montgomery County with his wife and two young daughters.
