Another successful program from a Penn's Village Member!

At our November 14 program, "How to Lose Your Fear of Spices," Penn’s Village member Aliza Green, spice expert and author of Field Guide to Herbs & Spices and The Magic of Spice Blends, gave audience members a sensory experience of spices and new dishes.

Project Meow presents: Seniors for Seniors!

Are you a senior (65+) who would love to have a cat companion but are concerned about who will care for the cat when you no longer can, or about the cost involved?

Project Meow, a cat foster organization in West Philadelphia, has a new "Seniors for Seniors" program where seniors (65+) can foster a senior cat (7+ years old) and have their needs taken care of.

Project Meow retains "ownership" of the cat and pays all veterinary bills.

Project Meow will transport the cat if needed.
Project Meow can help with providing food and litter if needed.
Project Meow will take the cat back if you are unable to care for them.

Program participants don't have to live in West Philadelphia to participate.
