Subject: Volunteer Ambassadors Needed!

Are you enthusiastic about Penn’s Village? Are you friendly and like to meet new people?

If so, you would be an excellent Penn’s Village Ambassador. The Ambassador program, an initiative of the Membership and Welcoming Committee, tries to have a seasoned Penn’s Village member welcome new/ prospective members at each in-person meeting. The job is easy: check the specially-marked name tags as you distribute them to attendees to see who is new and try to make them feel especially welcome.

If you volunteer you will receive a monthly email asking for ambassadors at each in-person meeting. If you are the volunteer for that day you will be connected with the staff member who will be at the meeting. After that it’s simple - - just smile, be welcoming and answer any questions the new members have about Penn’s Village.
