Penn’s Village Presents
“Lives Well Lived – GENERATIONS”
Discussion with the Producer/Author, Sky Bergman
On Zoom Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 2:00 pm
Based on the documentary film by Sky Bergman in 2019, her new book, "Lives Well Lived — GENERATIONS" invites you to a table of stories spanning 3000 years, drawn from the 40 older adults featured in the documentary film (encore viewing on August 15). Both the documentary and the book focus on how to: overcome adversity; live life with optimism; see life as joyful; be thankful; follow your passion; become a role model; learn from a mentor; make the most of every day; and make a difference.
The documentary discussion and author interview will be facilitated by Penn’s Village member Harriette Mishkin, who designed and led management and leadership programs for both corporate and nonprofit clients for more than 40 years. The co-chair of the P.V. Marketing and Communications Committee, Harriette owns the original documentary film and chaired the Villages’ event in 2019.
