“When You Need Some Extra Help at Home”

A Panel Discussion with Care Providers

Help at Home

Many of us want to maintain our health so that we can stay at home, whether it is a house, apartment or community, and live independently for as long as possible.  But where do you turn when you need a little extra help to do so?  Join us for a panel discussion of experts in the home and health care fields to hear about the options that are available to you and factors to consider when making these kinds of decisions.  After hearing from our presenters, there will be plenty of time for questions.

Our panelists include: Liz Dunleavy from KithCare, Dayna Glantz from Fountain View at Logan Square, Clay Klaus-Wade from Patina Health and Kelly Rostelli from Home Instead.  From care management and direct service to housing options and primary care, this panel will give you lots of valuable information to help plan for the future.
