About this event

“How to Advocate in the Healthcare Continuum”

With Kathleen Magee, Director of Care Coordination

Rothkoff Law Group

Thursday, November 2, 2023 at 2:00 pm via Zoom

Advocate in Healthcare

Advocating for yourself or a loved one during a health challenge can be overwhelming. Navigating the healthcare and long-term care maze is complicated. How do you know what questions to ask? More importantly, how do you know if the answers are correct? This discussion will focus on tools to advocate for yourself or your loved one in a hospital, rehabilitation, nursing home or home care setting.

Kathleen Magee joined the Rothkoff Law Group in 2014 as a Geriatric Care Coordinator and transitioned to the Director of Care Coordination in 2019. She primarily works with clients in the Philadelphia and Bucks county areas. Kathleen is a graduate of Bloomsburg University and has received a “Certificate in Elder Law Certification” from the Stockton Center on Successful Aging. She currently serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Life Care Planning Law Firm Association.
