2023 Programs_Bladder Health

Did you know that there are a number of ways to keep your bladder healthy? Learning about bladder fitness is a great way for you to take care of this important organ. Dr. Uduak Andy will be live at the MacColl Room to discuss how the bladder works, as well as to give some simple tips and habits to keep it healthy. You will also learn about the bladder fitness study being conducted at the University of Pennsylvania (MoVEonUp!). This education session is brought to you by the University of Pennsylvania Bladder Health Network.

 Uduak Andy, MD is Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She is a urogynecologist at Penn Medicine who specializes in treating women with various pelvic floor conditions. Dr. Andy is a part of multiple studies and is the principal investigator of MoVEonUp.

 

LOCATION

 

This will be a hybrid program.  You can register to attend in-person in the MacColl Room at the First Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia at 201 S. 21st St., or by Zoom Conferencing. When registering, please make sure to choose which way you will be attending.  Regardless, you will receive an email a day before reminding you of the program, and with the Zoom link, meeting ID, call-in telephone numbers and instructions for joining the meeting virtually.

This program is free of charge to our members and volunteer partners.  
 
Guests are welcome to attend up to three programs per calendar year before being required to join and/or volunteer with Penn’s Village, or they can pay $10 per additional program.  Refunds will be generated if a guest registration is cancelled in advance.
