All You Wanted To Know About Seafood

Come join us for a presentation by a local seafood suppler on the types of seasonal fish that are available locally and how to order them, especially since the pandemic.

Learn the difference between wild-caught fresh and frozen seafood, and how to determine the quality of your fish. And get some great cooking tips!

Robert Amar has been the operator of Small World Seafood for five years.

His company provides seafood to both local restaurants and the general public, and underwent a huge transformation during the pandemic. Now, subscribers to his business are advised of available fresh seafood for pickup at both Center City and Fairmount locations. Before operating his business, Mr. Amar worked in the restaurant industry.

The website for Small World Foods, which contains ordering information and recipes, is: https://smallworldseafood.com/
